- Each session is 20 to 30-minutes!
- Clients must arrive 15-minutes before their session for instruction and fitting of the proper Power Suit, please note sessions will begin and end on time.
- Unfortunately, late arrivals cannot be accommodated. Please adhere to the 15 minute prior to session time to avoid losing your session.
- A reservation can be cancelled for full refund if paid in advance 12 hours before the scheduled session.
- Late arrivals, late cancellations, and no-shows will not be credited back to the account.
- Body Shock Fitness undergarments are mandatory to participate in the session. They are available at the front desk to rent or purchase before the workout, see staff for details.
- Instructors and sessions are subject to change without notice. Please visit the Body Shock Studios (BSS) schedule for updates.
- Returning clients must have an active session in their account to reserve a spot in one of our sessions.
- All sales are final. Classes are non-refundable, but they are transferable. Please see our Cancellation Policy for more information.
- We accept Discover, JCB, Diners Club International, MasterCard, Visa, American Express or cash.
Body Shock Studios Undergarments
- All Body Shock Studios session require our proprietary EMS Unit and ready-to-wear Body Shock Studios undergarments. See front desk for more details.
- Clients may choose to rent or purchase the under garments rental: $5. Undergarment purchase: $30.
- If the first session is scheduled directly through Body Shock Studios, the usages/rental of undergarment is complimentary. If you are a guest of a Body Shock Studios member, rental fee applies for undergarment ($5)
- The use of EMS suit is included in the price of your session or package.
Cancellation Policy
- To cancel a reservation and have the session credited back to your BSS account, you must cancel at least 12 hours before your scheduled session. This may be done online at bodyshockstudios.com, or by calling the studio during our hours of operation.
- Once the reservation is cancelled, the session will be credited to your account to be rescheduled at your convenience. Please note, the session amount is not refunded.
- If you have not cancelled 12 hours before your scheduled session, it is considered a late cancel and will not be credited back to your BSS account
- You can cancel your reservation via the instructions below:
- Log into your account at bodybshockstudios.com, Find your reservation and click “Cancel.”
- If you are cancelling your reservation using the MindBody app, click “Schedule” on the lower toolbar. In the “Upcoming” section, press the session that you wish to cancel. Hit “Cancel”.
- Call the studio and a Client Service Agent can assist you with cancelling.
Body Shock Studios Packages & Plans
If you have purchased one of our Package options, please be aware the sessions are non-transferrable and may only be used by the one individual. The packages do expire and sessions must be used prior to such date.
- If you have opted into one of our Monthly Voltage Plans, please know these have been designed to optimize your results. The sessions may only be used by one individual and expire at the end of each month. They may not be reinstated or extended. The monthly plans can be cancelled at any time by submitting a request 30 days prior to billing.
Waitlist
- If a session you’d like to take is full, we highly recommend putting yourself on the waitlist.
- To do so, you must have a Body Shock Studios session or package available.
- If you do not get a spot in the session, your account will be credited!
- If a spot becomes available, you will be added to the session and receive an email confirmation.
- Only cancellations made 12 hours prior to your scheduled session will be honored. If you're added from the waitlist at the last minute, be aware that our same cancellation policy will apply. The waitlist closes 12 hours prior to the session.
- If you no longer want a spot in the session, you will need to remove yourself from the waitlist 12 hours before the session. If you are added to the session and fail to remove yourself in time, you will lose the credit.
