You will start to see results in as little as four fitness sessions. We recommend 2 sessions per week to maintain and/or improve on your desired look.
Full body toning will be achieved with group classes as well as personal EMS training.
Through EMS training, there is now a way to specialize in spot reduction. You can work on one, some, or all body parts at once.
You can burn over 500 calories in a 20 minute session with minimum equipment but maximum results.
Our low impact programs are created to reduce the risk of injury, improve posture and is safe for all ages and fitness levels. Each client's suit will be fitted to their level of comfort.
